Abduction Cases On The Upsurge: Devastated Mother Narrates How Twin Daughters Disappeared.

KRN NewsDesk

A family in Kitengela is in distress following the disappearance of two daughters who are twins.

According to their mother, Esther Wamboi, the two were 14 years old by the time of their disappearance.

The two, Nancy Nyambura and Sarai Kahisi, left their home to attend a Sunday service on the morning of November 11, 2020, never to be traced.

Narrating the sad occurrence, Esther says that her daughters woke up that morning to prepare breakfast. She later escorted them to church, but they never returned home.

“They told me escort them. I escorted them. I took them past the river, and they headed to church. As they went, one looked behind then proceeded. Until now I have never seen them,” she narrated.

The two were studying at Kitengela Utumishi Primary School. The mother is now holding onto the memories of their items and the photos they left behind. She hopes to meet them again, safe and sound.

Esther is now calling upon the well-wishers to assist her in tracing her daughters.

“The one who has my kids, I urge them to return to me. I am a widow trying to survive, I have other children, I do not know what to do,” she added.

The reports of child abduction have been on the rise. A few weeks ago, a family in the Zimmerman estate in Nairobi lived in agony for a month now. Their 14-year-old son, Abraham Nhial, went missing without any trace.

His father, Daniel Mawut, narrated that his son asked for Sh 50 to get a haircut, but he never returned.

“He asked for Sh50 to go and shave but never returned. We have been looking for him since. We don’t know what to do.” He said

Suspect

Police have since arrested a man linked to raping and murdering young girls.

Evans Wanjala directed police to a site where decomposing bodies aged 10 to 15 were dumped. The revelation by Wanjala is a breakthrough following the surge of children’s disappearance.
