Brookside’s Defamation Case Against Mohammed Ali thrown out
Big win for Nyali MP as the High court throws away a defamation case filed by Brookside Dairy Limited.
Justice Hedwig Ongudi ruled that the matter should be filed in the correct division instead of the constitutional division.
Brookside filed a suit following remarks by the Nyali MP. The lawmaker claimed that former president Uhuru Kenyatta buys milk at Ksh 20 and resells it at Ksh 120.
“Uhuru Kenyatta comes here, he buys milk at Sh20, he goes and boils it and then sells it back to you at Sh120” court papers shows.
