Hellen Ndege, a 29 years old Kenyan lady has narrated how a doctor who she referred to as doctor Njoroge forced her to look for work in Saudi Arabia.
During a YouTube interview, Hellen narrated how she suffered in Kericho while looking for treatment for her mother. She notes that what she witnessed in hospital was what made her to look for work in Saudi Arabia
“I took the risk because you can’t let the opportunity go…I am the first born daughter of the family… the death of my father really affected me, I have never recovered… In 2006 my mother started ailing…I started taking care of her in Kericho since I was the eldest, my big brother was unable to come and stay with mum, the other sibling were young…” She started

Hellen says that while she was in the hospital, doctor Njoroge wanted to sleep with her but she refused, something she says that affected her relationship with doctor Njoroge.
“During that time a doctor by the name Njoroge started hitting on me, he wanted to sleep with me but I refused. When I went to buy milk for my mum, I met doctor Njoroge, he called me asking me to his room, he said that it won’t even take thirty minutes. I refused. I didn’t know that by refusing his advances, I had created a lot of problems,” She continued.

She wondered how on earth a doctor would imagine that she could even think of sleeping with her when her mind was troubled with her mother’s sickness.
“So during that night, my mother was really ailing, so I went to call for a doctor not knowing that the doctor I was going to call was doctor Njoroge. When I called him the first time, he said he would come, the second and the third time I called him but he was never bothered,” Hellen said.

The mother of one could no longer wait, she went to call the doctor but this time she was completely ignored.
“When I went to call him again because my mother was really in a bad state, Dr. Njoroge told me the unthinkable, he told me that he was coming and he showed me a pile of files, and said that all this files are for those who have died. He continued to say that my mother will not be the first one to die. I was in disbelief, I didn’t know even how to react,” She narrated.
Miss Ndege narrated that her mother didn’t die that night but she managed to pull through that night but she didn’t last a week.
“So, that night, by the grace of God, my mother managed to stay through the night. Unfortunately after one week we lost her, that also affected me. I felt like I was left alone in this world. These events made me to decide to go Saudi at least to find something for my kid,” She went on.
