Gachagua reveals why Mama Ida Odinga was heckled in Meru.
Member of Parliament for Mathira constituency Rigathi Gachagua has revealed why Mama Ida Odinga was heckled in Meru.
While addressing his constituents, Rigathi claimed that Mama Ida Odinga was heckled because she had supported the closure of small churches in Kenya.
“You saw Raila’s wife the other day say that when her husband will be the President, he will close small churches in Kenya. She was in Meru and Catholic faithfuls refused to be addressed by her,” he said.

Gachagua further added for the first the church of christ had a candidate who respects the church.
“You must know that in this election, the church of christ has a candidate who is God fearing, and he respects the church, as we strive to pray for the church, others are threatening the church,” Gachagua added.
He commented on church offerings and contributions accusing Raila Odinga of sponsoring a bill that would have abolished donations in churches.
“They argue that it’s wrong to contribute in church, he even sponsored a bill through John Mbadi in parliament seeking to abolish church donations. We refused, please know that the church of christ will be in danger if he becomes President,” Gachagua warned.
