Lusaka has sensationally admitted siring a baby out of wedlock.

Senate speaker Ken Lusaka has finally admitted that he’s the father of the unborn baby. Lusaka’s story broke into the limelight after a woman sued him for negligence. The woman claimed that the senate speaker started neglecting her after she broke the news about the pregnancy.

The lady, through her lawyer Omari demanded Ksh 25 million as compensation. Omari argued that the money would finance her medical and food expenses.

The court document obtained by KRN stated that Lusaka had neglected the wellbeing of the unborn child.
“That the respondent despite being a man of means, has ignored to take care of the applicant’s medical expenses. Perhaps in the hope of stressing the applicant and causing a miscarriage of their unborn child,” read the documents.

Through a court document, Omari stated that the senator and the woman had a jolly intimate affair. The affair involved instances of carnal knowledge until 2018. The disagreement started after the applicant disclosed her pregnancy as a result of unprotected sex.

Through his lawyer, Lusaka yielded to pressure and agreed to settle the matter out of court. Lusaka told the court that he would take care of the bills accrued during the pregnancy period.

Omari confirmed that the two parties are negotiating to develop an amicable solution to end the matter. He added that it would take seven days to finalize the issue.

Judge Marima, who is presiding over the case, directed the parties to continue with negotiations. The court will hear on July 28, 2021.
