Controversial political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has revealed an elaborate game plan to stop the Deputy President from ascending to power.
Ngunyi has claimed that the only way to contain William Ruto was to lie to him that Kikuyus are with him, then later dump him.
“The only way to contain Ruto was to lie to him that Kikuyus were with him. And to do it very early,” he claimed.
The analyst expounded on the game plan, saying that the DP would buy the idea fronted by those he labeled as ‘useful idiots.
“Then have what the Russians call useful idiots to push this agenda. By the time Ruto realizes it was a con, it will be too late. That was the game plan. Take it or leave it.” He added.
ICC Case
Ngunyi, through a series of media utterances, has been dismissing Ruto’s candidacy. At some point, the analyst alleged that Lawyer Paul Gicheru surrendered to the International Criminal court to fix the deputy president.
“Last year, an alleged associate of Ruto surrendered to ICC. His claim: he had tampered with witnesses in the Ruto case. Pierre Bemba did the same in DRC. After his case was dismissed, it was revived. Gicheru went to The Hague to fix Ruto. Hague express is loading,” Ngunyi tweeted.
Matiang’i
In another post, the tyranny of number theorist opined that interior cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i would win the presidency. He further added that ODM Leader Raila Odinga would be taken care of.
“And by the way, Fred Matiangi will become president, Read History. The evidence has been deposited. And Raila will be taken care of,” he posted.
Mutahi’s sentiments come days after President Uhuru Kenyatta convened a meeting to unite the NASA brigade.
Uhuru is seeking to create a formidable team that would face the Deputy President in the 2022 general elections.
DP Ruto has already declared interest in the top seat.
