President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga on Monday arrived at the KCB Leadership Centre in Karen to co-chair a joint parliamentary group meeting bringing together lawmakers from the Kenya Kwanza and ODM parties.
The high-level meeting is centered on the implementation of the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two leaders, which seeks to foster cooperation on key national issues and strengthen bipartisan engagements in Parliament.

Sources indicate that the agenda includes aligning parliamentary business with the MoU commitments, streamlining legislative priorities, and establishing a framework for joint consultations on matters of national interest.
The session comes just days after Ruto and Odinga publicly affirmed their political truce, a move seen as pivotal in promoting political stability and advancing the government’s reform agenda.
More details on the resolutions of the meeting are expected to be shared later.
