Trouble in Paradise as Alfred Mutua sues Azimio Alliance.
Maendeleo Chap Chap party leader Alfred has moved to court to have his party removed from the Azimio One Kenya alliance.
Rumours has it that Alfred Mutua is heading to Kenya Kwanza Alliance. Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula has been hinting that there’s a coalition agreement between MCC and Kenya Kwanza alliance.
In a tweet, Moses Wetangula congratulated Maendeleo Chap Chap for leaving Azimio and welcomed them to Kenya Kwanza alliance.
“Congratulations Maendeleo Chap Chap and PAA political parties for joining the Kenya Kwanza Alliance Coalition. Your entry brings in additional energy and guarantees, even more, KKA’s assured victory in the August 9th General elections. Hongera,” His tweet read.
However, the court proceedings at the Milimani Law Courts have been halted after a disruption caused by a power outage. Among other major cases that were to be heard at the courts, is Governor Alfred Mutua’s application for his Maendeleo Chap Chap party to be removed from Azimio la Umoja.
On his part, Alfred Mutua said that he is convinced that Kenya Kwanza is the alliance to transform Kenya.
“We are convinced that the best team to transform Kenya is Kenya Kwanza and the leader to transform Kenya is William Ruto. I am aware that 5 other parties are planning to leave Azimio due to their dishonesty and zoning,” Alfred Mutua said.
