Manchester United players came under heavy criticism on Saturday, 7th May, after they sank to a painful defeat.
The Red Devils fans sang “You’re not fit to wear the shirt” during Saturday’s 4-0 defeat at the hands of Brighton.
Bruno Fernandes agreed with the fans saying that the results were not good enough, and that they were outplayed in every aspect of the game.
“The result is what it is. It is not good enough, they outplayed us. They always had a solution. Pressed us better and they deserved the result,” The United playmaker admitted to Sky Sports after the final whistle.
This is going to be United’s worst season since 2013-2014 season when they managed 64 points.
As it stands, Manchester United will not exceed the 64 points even if they win their remaining fixture.
